Autumn Runner's Workshop!

Perform and learn the in’s and out’s, and the “why” of an ideal warm up to help prevent injury and prime your body for performing at a higher level. This workshop will include a discussion about proper cold weather running attire. Led by Andrew Goelz, Doctor of Physical Therapy, with 12 years of competitive running experience.
