Does your sport require a baseline concussion test?
Elite PT is the only CCMI CERTIFIED CLINIC in the entire state of Delaware. We offer multimodal baseline concussion testing, ImPACT baseline testing, and complete concussion care.
Multimodal Test: $60 (Includes a series of physical and cognitive tests. Must be in-person. Test takes about 30 minutes).
ImPACT Test: $12 (Link to test will be sent to the patient to be taken at-home. Test takes about 25 minutes).
Download the Complete Concussion Tracker App in the app store. Patients can view baseline test results, learn recovery tips, and receive prescribed rehab exercises for free. You do not need to complete a baseline test for access to the concussion tracker app. Coaches, trainers, and teachers can administer an assessment of a suspected concussion, report the injury to our clinic, and track patient recovery. The app supports a safe return to learn, work, and play by allowing for seamless communication between sports teams, schools, parents, and healthcare practitioners.
According to CDC estimates, 1.6-3.8 m sports and recreation related concussions occur each year in the U.S. 10% of all contact sport athletes sustain concussions yearly. Brain injuries cause more deaths than any other sports injury. In football, brain injuries account for 65% to 95% of all fatalities.
