Why get physical therapy?

Physical therapists are the experts in identifying movement compensations that often result in pain or injury. If your ability to move comfortably has changed, or if you have any questions or concerns regarding pain, weakness, or other physical impairment, please use the form above to request an appointment!

Missouri requires you to have a physician’s order to receive physical therapy services. If you do not already have one, we can help facilitate the process of obtaining the needed order. Based on your symptoms and your current physician relationships, SMTC can direct you to an appropriate physician to address your needs. If you do not have a physician, SMTC has a network of physicians we feel confident recommending.

What else do we offer?

Alongside our physical therapy department we have a highly credentialed and experienced performance training department which offers personal and semi-personal training, group exercise classes, team training, corporate wellness and a variety of coaching services.

Both our physical therapy and training departments work as a team to offer a comprehensive wellness program to our clients as well. Fill out the form to learn more!

working with us!

"Love the friendly and knowledgeable therapists. They heat you up, stretch you, and watch you exercise so they know you’re doing it right. They don’t just send you home with your physical therapy instructions. You do them while in session. It takes a time commitment, but it’s worth it!."
