What to expect:

Within 24 hours, a Patient Services Coordinator at the clinic of your choice will reach out to you to set up your initial evaluation with a licensed physical therapist. They will answer questions about insurance and scheduling. During the initial evaluation, your therapist will perform a thorough examination and listen to your description of symptoms and goals for physical therapy. Based on those, the physical therapist will create a customized plan of care for recovery. If you have questions or concerns, any member of the clinical team or front desk staff can help.
