WHAT CAN I EXPECT?

Each session will be a one-on-one video call with a SportsCare Physical Therapist who will: 

• work with you on your at-home treatment exercises and stretches
• walk you through/help you manage your pain 
• correct your form and make sure you are safely executing your program
• answer any questions or concerns you may have about your injury
• help you maintain your progress with your physical therapy program without having to leave your home and get you back to feeling like yourself
